About our Client

Our client is a leading provider of modular building and hire solutions, supporting industries across Australia with safe, high-quality, and innovative products. They are committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable outcomes for their customers.

What you will be doing:

As a Maintenance Leading Hand, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a small operations team across daily maintenance activities
• Completing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on modular hire fleet assets
• Preparing buildings and equipment for transport and customer delivery
• Conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Promoting a strong safety culture and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives

What you will need:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Current Forklift Licence
• White Card in Construction
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand or senior operations role
• Experience within maintenance, construction, modular buildings, or a similar industry
• Ability to lead by example and support team productivity
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational standards
• Right to Works in Australia
• Ability to pass pre-employment & Drug/Alcohol Testing
