About Our Client:

About the Role
Join Rio Tinto's People Logistics team, where you'll play a vital role in managing the allocation of rooms and charter flight seats to support operational needs. You'll work in a safety-driven, collaborative team environment while optimizing demand forecasting and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and management within the project space
- Optimize and consolidate village room allocations proactively
- Review and manage charter flight requests effectively
- Conduct Demand Forecasting & Optimisation audit checks to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with offshore teams for training and task continuity
- Issue reconciliations to key groups and adjust demand as needed
- Adapt to regional requirements and support the wider team autonomously
Skills and Experience Required
- Commitment to safety for yourself and the team
- Strong stakeholder engagement and operational effectiveness skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Intermediate experience with travel and accommodation systems (e.g., INX InFlight preferred)
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
