About the Role

Join Rio Tinto's People Logistics team, where you'll play a vital role in managing the allocation of rooms and charter flight seats to support operational needs. You'll work in a safety-driven, collaborative team environment while optimizing demand forecasting and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and management within the project space
• Optimize and consolidate village room allocations proactively
• Review and manage charter flight requests effectively
• Conduct Demand Forecasting & Optimisation audit checks to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with offshore teams for training and task continuity
• Issue reconciliations to key groups and adjust demand as needed
• Adapt to regional requirements and support the wider team autonomously

Skills and Experience Required

• Commitment to safety for yourself and the team
• Strong stakeholder engagement and operational effectiveness skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Intermediate experience with travel and accommodation systems (e.g., INX InFlight preferred)
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
