About the Client
Our client is a proudly Western Australian owned and operated company delivering comprehensive High Voltage and Low Voltage electrical, communications, and renewable energy solutions. Our client has built a strong reputation across the WA power industry, specialising in the construction, commissioning, and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution and transmission powerlines, particularly within the mining sector. Their capabilities also include project management, shutdown services, and rapid emergency breakdown response.
What You Will Be Doing:
This role involves fabrication, installation, and fitting of pipework across a large construction/project site.
You will be responsible for:
- Fabrication and installation of pipework across various sizes and exotic materials
- Cutting, beveling, and fitting pipework to isometric drawings
- Assembly of pipe spools including valves and associated instruments
- Working with riggers and other disciplines to position and erect pipework
What You Will Need:
- Relevant Trade Certificate & Construction White/Blue Card
- Demonstrated experience with carbon steel piping, Inconel cladding & compressor hook-up piping
- Proven experience installing risers and flowlines
- Working at Heights, EWP High Risk Work Licence & Working at Heights (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous FIFO/mining/construction or project experience
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including D&A
- Updated Resume
