What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Mechanical Fitter within the Site Services team at Rio Tintos WINU mine site. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance on the exploration camp and it's assets. This includes but not limited to generators, pumps, compressors, telehandlers, excavators and EWPs. You will be working a 2/2 day shift only roster. These roles are available to FIFO candidates based in Perth or Karratha.
What you will need
- Previous experience completing preventative maintenance on generators, pumps, compressors, telehandlers, excavators and EWPs within a mining environment.
- Ability to work in very hot and extremely remote environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Trade qualification
- Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
