About the Role
WorkPac is seeking experienced Plant Mechanics to join our client at a leading open-cut coal mining operation in the Singleton region. This is a site-based position
About Our Client
Our client is a world-class mining operator producing some of the highest quality thermal and semi-soft metallurgical coals for export. Their commitment to safety, performance, and development makes them an employer of choice in the Hunter Valley.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working across Mobile Plant Equipment including Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Water Cart and Loaders
- Diagnosing issues and undertaking corrective action.
- Ensuring all work is performed to site safety and quality standards.
What You Will Need
- Trade Qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferred experience on Komatsu and CAT Trucks
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 45 Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test.
