Precast Worker/Pipe Machine Offsider

• $36.58/hour + penalties
• Ongoing work with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role

About Our Client

Our client is a major player in the production of large precast concrete products used in bridges, highways, and underground water systems. Theyre expanding their team and are chasing hands-on production workers to join their crew based out of their Swanbank factory.

What You Will Be Doing:

Working Monday Friday 4:00AM-2:30PM you will be working in a precast environment within the Casting team.

Core duties include;

• Patching damaged pipes (can sometimes be up to 40 pipes per day)
• Repairing damaged pipes (can sometimes be up to 40 pipes per day)
• Ensuring the workshop/plant is clean at all times
• Loading steel cages onto casting pallets
• Basic operations of machine consoles (training provided)

What You Will Need:

• Drivers licence + reliable transport
• Physically fit this is labour-intensive work
• Good attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in precast or concreting (min. 3 months)
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical & Drug and Alcohol screen
