About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Worker to join a team based in Kewdale. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position on a morning shift. The role involves operating a basic machine operating and assisting with general production tasks, with the opportunity for ongoing employment.
What You Will Be Doing:
The role involves maintaining workflow efficiency, following safety procedures, and ensuring a clean and organised work area.
What You Will Need:
Australian Drivers Licence
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Proven reliability and low absenteeism in previous roles
Good understanding of written and spoken English
Previous machine operating experience
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Own reliable transport
Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on achieving team and company goals
Ability to perform repetitive and manual tasks
