About Our Client
Peabody is a leading global coal producer focused on safe, efficient and responsible mining. The Coppabella Mine is a well-established operation in the Bowen Basin, offering a supportive site-based team environment and strong operational standards.
What You Will Be Doing
Working within the production team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and reporting support across site. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and distributing daily production reports
- Providing production support and coordination across departments
- Supporting the Production Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day administrative and reporting requirements
- Assisting with payroll processing and associated admin tasks
- Delivering general administrative support to the production team
- Supporting safety and compliance reporting requirements
- Liaising with key site stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
What You Will Need
- Minimum 2 years mine site administration or production support role experience (essential)
- Highly regarded experience within a production environment
- Previous experience in an Strong data entry, reporting and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Strong communication skills with a safety-first mindset
