About the Client
Our Client is a reputable manufacturer based in Brendale, specialising in the production of high-quality concrete products. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and a supportive team environment, they are looking to expand their workforce with reliable and hardworking individuals. Due to growth, they are seeking multiple Production Labourers to join their team, with potential for permanent roles after the initial 36 month period.
What you will be doing
As a Production Labourer you will be working 1PM - 9PM, Monday Friday. You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Gluing new liners into the tin molds
- Repairing & replacing old liners in the molds
- Stacking and preparing moulds
- Operating the batch machine
- Cleaning moulds using grinders and pressure washers
- Sweeping and maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- General labouring within the concrete yard
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
- Willingness to work in dirty and noisy environments
- Hardworking, reliable, and a team player
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
