ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is the worlds leading supplier of ground support products, systems and solutions for the underground mining and tunnelling industry. They are currently seeking a production worker to join their manufacturing team in Narangba.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working Monday to Friday from 5:30AM to 3:30PM at our clients Narangba site in the galvanizing department, you will be completing the below duties that are dependent of the area you are assigned to.
- Grinding steel
- Using cutters
- Rotating the steel plates
- Packing orders
- Operating production machines/conveyers
- Quality checking
- Adding washers/ties onto the steel/materials
- Manual handling
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience working in a similar environment
- Forklift licence (Desired but not essential)
- Physically fit
- A Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Have a high attention to detail
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
