Our client is South Australias principal electricity distributor, delivering and maintaining the poles, wires, substations and network services that reliably carry power to hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses across the state while supporting the transition to more renewable and resilient energy systems.
About the Role
The Program Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence reports, dashboards, and system enhancements that support strategic and operational decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, delivering reporting, insights, and user acceptance testing while supporting continuous improvement across program delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Analyse multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements
- Support the development and enhancement of information systems
- Conduct testing and validation of system and reporting changes
- Perform report auditing and quality assurance activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and support operational users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes
Skills and Experience Required
- Advanced Power BI skills with strong dashboard development experience
- Experience with DAX and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with multiple datasets and reporting solutions
- Understanding of program and project management principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system improvements (desirable)
