What You Will Be Doing:

In this role, you will utilize your proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with CAD/CAM software such as Softec, Metalix, and Pronest to produce accurate and efficient nesting for CNC equipment including laser, waterjet, and plasma cutters. Youll be responsible for precise measurements and the skilled use of precision measuring tools to ensure high-quality output. Interpreting written job instructions, standard operating procedures, and basic technical drawings will be part of your daily routine. This is a physically active position that requires being on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day and safely lifting items up to 20kg.

What You Will Need:

• Cert III / IV in Engineering / Drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in CAD/CAM packages preferably Softec, Metalix and Pronest.
• Accurate, efficient nesting of CNC equipment (Laser, Water and Plasma cutters).
• Accuracy in measuring
• Competent use of precision measuring equipment
• Read and interpret routine information on written job instructions and standard operating procedures, may include simple drawings
• Be physically fit and active with the ability to work on your feet for 8 10 hours and safely lift up to 20kg.
