Join Synergys dynamic Generation Projects team as a Construction Manager (Project Coordinator), supporting major infrastructure projects across WAs South West Interconnected System (SWIS).

With a diverse portfolio of renewable and thermal energy assets, Synergy is at the forefront of powering WAs energy future through sustainable and strategic project delivery.

 

About the Position

As the Construction Manager (Project Coordinator), you will play a key role in supporting project managers with the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and project administration experience.

  • Assist with project planning and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and registers
  • Monitor progress and report on key project milestones
  • Support financial management tasks including invoices and accruals
  • Coordinate contractor compliance and site access
  • Manage communications across internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to commissioning and project handover activities

 

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables
  • Manage project documentation, communications, and registers
  • Ensure financial tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Support procurement and contract management activities
  • Coordinate internal resources and external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with site access and safety requirements
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in project coordination within construction or infrastructure
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with document management and financial systems
  • Ability to interpret project schedules and milestones
  • Understanding of WHS and compliance processes in construction
