Short Description
Join Synergys dynamic Generation Projects team as a Construction Manager (Project Coordinator), supporting major infrastructure projects across WAs South West Interconnected System (SWIS).

About the Position
As the Construction Manager (Project Coordinator), you will play a key role in supporting project managers with the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and project administration experience.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling
- Maintain accurate project documentation and registers
- Monitor progress and report on key project milestones
- Support financial management tasks including invoices and accruals
- Coordinate contractor compliance and site access
- Manage communications across internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to commissioning and project handover activities
Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables
- Manage project documentation, communications, and registers
- Ensure financial tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Support procurement and contract management activities
- Coordinate internal resources and external service providers
- Ensure compliance with site access and safety requirements
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in project coordination within construction or infrastructure
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with document management and financial systems
- Ability to interpret project schedules and milestones
- Understanding of WHS and compliance processes in construction
