About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a Project Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
- Resolve technical issues to ensure timely and safe project completion.
- Organize site works, engage stakeholders, and manage contractors.
- Communicate project progress, wins, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with RTIO and Australian Standards.
- Coach and upskill team members.
- Coordinate technical queries and maintain safety standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience in the mining and resources industry.
- Technical expertise in engineering design, particularly in control systems, LV electrical systems, and fixed plant assets.
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with change management and work management processes.
- Exposure to agile work practices.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
