About the Role:

WorkPac is currently seeking a Project Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee project delivery, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Organize site works, engage stakeholders, and manage contractors.
• Communicate project progress, wins, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with RTIO and Australian Standards.
• Coach and upskill team members.
• Coordinate technical queries and maintain safety standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience in the mining and resources industry.
• Technical expertise in engineering design, particularly in control systems, LV electrical systems, and fixed plant assets.
• Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferable).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and work management processes.
• Exposure to agile work practices.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
