About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join the Engineering Management team in Perth. Reporting to Principal Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating all engineering activities across the project life cycle, from initiation through to implementation. This role offers the chance to work on critical projects involving tailings storage facilities and provides a platform for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all engineering activities throughout the project life cycle, including initiation, Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), Feasibility Study (FS), and implementation phases.
Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve engineering approvals.
Support compliance with standardised processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficient project execution.
Assist in the engagement and management of contractor performance to meet project objectives.
Provide engineering and technical support to project construction teams as required.
Collaborate with project planning and scheduling teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
Oversee the preparation of technical reports and project reviews, including clear recommendations.
Support the coordination of project finances, including assisting in the development of capital and operating budgets.
