About the Role
We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Electrical and Instrumentation Control (EIC) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, scheduling, cost control, and contract management. Youll work across the mining, energy, and processing sectors, managing multiple projects with a focus on electrical systems and controls automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of Projects
- Develop and implement PMO standards
- Lead and execute EIC projects
- Create and maintain project schedules and methodologies
- Handle commercial contracts and manage change processes
- Supervise a Project Engineers and an Administrative team members
- Take charge of cost control and estimation
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies: Preference for PRINCE2 (Agile PM methods) & PMBOK exposure highly regarded
- EIC engineering background (Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls) desirable but not essential
- Hands-on, proactive leader who takes ownership and drives project success
- Experience delivering Electrical and Controls Automation Projects
- Successfully setting up Project Management processes
