About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer to join our esteemed clients team based in Karratha.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee project safety and implement the Safety Management System.
- Manage client relationships and keep clients informed on project progress.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring approvals and compliance.
- Lead financial control, cost reporting, and procurement strategy.
- Manage project planning, schedules, and risk identification.
- Lead and motivate project staff, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Ensure successful project completion, capturing lessons learned.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing projects within the Energy & Resources contracting environment (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
- Expertise in budget management, financial control, and procurement strategies.
- Experience in managing sub-contractors and ensuring project compliance.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong people management skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications, with ongoing professional development.
