About the Position:
Based in a modern Terrace Road office, this full-time Property Manager role will oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, primarily apartments within a 5km radius of the office. Youll work Monday to Friday with the support of leasing, inspections, administration, and accounting staff, allowing you to focus on client relationships and efficient property management. This position is suited to both junior and experienced property managers seeking growth within a supportive and innovative agency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 properties, primarily apartments.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and tenant communications.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee lease renewals, bond finalisations, and tenancy agreements.
• Ensure compliance with WA tenancy legislation and agency standards.
• Maintain accurate records using Property Tree management software.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.
• Monitor emergency phone over weekends (minimal calls expected).
• Work closely with dedicated leasing, inspections, and admin staff.

Skills & Experience Required:

• WA Property Management Registration & current CPD.
• Minimum 12 years property management experience (junior and experienced applicants considered).
• Strong knowledge of WA Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation.
• Proficiency with Property Tree or similar cloud-based software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Current WA Drivers Licence (pool cars available for work use).
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.
• Valid Australian working rights.
