About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Quality assurance crew member to join our client based in Darwin, NT. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster for a 6 month duration.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Take accurate on-site measurements.
- Conduct quality checks on-site and off-site.
- Report any quality issues and suggest improvements.
- Assist with laboring tasks if required.
- Help guide trucks during deliveries and removals.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep clear records of inspections and work progress.
- Schedule and confirm subcontractor bookings.
- Ensure subcontractors meet project timelines and quality standards
- Maintain accurate daily job logs.
- Report site activities and issues to the project team.
Skills and Experience required:
- Valid Driver's LicenceandWhite Card(essential)
- Experience in construction, QA, or site work is preferred.
- Attention to detail for measurements and quality checks.
- Basic construction knowledge and safety awareness.
- Ability to assist with manual labor when needed.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF.
