About the client:
A diversified Australian engineering and maintenance group delivering integrated asset management, shutdown, construction and sustaining capital solutions across the mining, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure sectors.
About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our client based in Bibra Lake. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working across both blue- and white-collar industries and is able to work in a high volume, faced paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to confirm role requirements and timelines
- Source and screen candidates for electrical, mechanical and shutdown roles
- Coordinate interviews, offers and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
- Provide regular pipeline updates to key stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated internal, high-volume end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting across blue- and/or white-collar roles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- Current WA Drivers Licence
