We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a temporary basis, working on-site at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, managing recruitment processes, and coordinating high-volume hiring activities.

Working closely with hiring managers and with the support of a remote recruitment team, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers across the hospital to support recruitment activities.

Screen resumes and conduct candidate phone screenings.

Manage applicant compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate and facilitate on-site group interview and assessment sessions.

Prepare interview rooms, including setting up presentation materials, documentation, laptops, and stationery.

Welcome candidates at reception, escort them to interview locations, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Deliver presentations and facilitate group interview sessions.

Coordinate with hiring managers throughout assessment days, including individual interview scheduling.

Maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders and ensure recruitment activities run efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous recruitment experience, ideally in an internal recruitment or Recruitment Business Partner role.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to build positive relationships with managers across a busy operational environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confidence facilitating group sessions and presenting to candidates.

A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote support team.

High attention to detail, particularly when managing recruitment compliance.

This role is not suitable for an entry-level recruiter and would best suit someone with proven recruitment experience who can confidently operate in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment.

If you're available to start immediately and are looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity within a dynamic healthcare setting, we'd love to hear from you.
