About the Client:
Our client operates across the resources and energy sector, delivering workforce solutions and project support services to major mining clients across Western Australia. This role offers exposure to high-volume recruitment and mobilisation functions supporting shutdowns and ongoing project works. The organisation values efficiency, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments while maintaining high compliance standards.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment / Mobilisation Administrator to provide temporary support across recruitment and mobilisation functions. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring someone who can confidently manage high volumes of candidates while ensuring mobilisation processes are completed accurately and on time.

 

You will play a key role in coordinating candidate onboarding, supporting recruitment activities, and liaising closely with both internal teams and external candidates to ensure smooth mobilisation outcomes across multiple projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation processes for personnel across multiple projects
  • Assist with recruitment activities including candidate screening, phone liaison, and onboarding support
  • Manage and update mobilisation trackers, systems, and documentation
  • Liaise with candidates to confirm availability, site requirements, and mobilisation details
  • Coordinate inductions, site bookings, medicals, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of workforce movements and project allocations
  • Work collaboratively across recruitment and mobilisation teams as priorities shift
  • Support high-volume workloads in line with shutdown and project timeframes
  • Ensure all mobilisation activities align with client and site compliance requirements

 

Essential Skills, Tickets, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and/or mobilisation within the mining or resources sector
  • Strong experience working with Rio Tinto mobilisation processes, systems, and inductions
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with candidates over the phone
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support multiple functions as required
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current WA Drivers Licence
