About our Client
Our client has a world class metaliferous processing site positioned on the outskirts of Townsville and are seeking an experienced labourer with a forklift ticket for the Castings section.
About the Role
As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. You will be required to work 2 nights/2 days on and 4 days off working 12 hour shifts.
Day Shift - 5:45am-6:00pm
Night shift - 5:45pm-6am
Your main responsibilities and duties will include;
- Operating Forklifts
- Pre-start checks
- Maintain equipment
- Operate equipment safely
- Follow company policies and procedures
What You Will Need
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- Physically fit and able to work in really hot conditions
- Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
