What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive primary health assessments and develop patient care plans
- Manage acute and chronic physical health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines
- Respond to medical emergencies and deliver urgent care when required
- Provide health education on disease prevention and self-care
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
What Were Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 23 years of post-graduate experience in acute or primary healthcare (within the last 5 years)
- Background in Primary Health, Rural or Emergency Nursing
- Current CPR (HLTAID009 or equivalent) and First Aid
- Experience using electronic health record systems
Desirable
- Advanced Life Support certification
- Recognition as a Nurse Immuniser (NSW)
- Skills in phlebotomy, cannulation, suturing, application of back slabs, etc.
