About Our Client
Our client operates a large, modern maximum-security prison in New South Wales, accommodating male inmates across a range of security classifications. Renowned for its forward-thinking rehabilitative programs, this facility presents a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses to make a genuine difference in the lives of inmates while further developing their clinical expertise in a dynamic and meaningful healthcare setting.
What You Will Be Doing
- Promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates
- Implement and manage patient care plans
- Ensuring the safety and security of inmates and the community
- Provide a comprehensive and accurate health assessment for patients
What You Will Need
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum of 2 + years full-time post-graduate experience (or part-time equivalent)
- Experience in primary health, rural health, or emergency nursing (desirable)
- Current First Aid and BLS Certification (ALS preferred) (12-month validity)
- National Criminal History Check (issued within last 3 months)
- Own vehicle required.
