WorkPac Health and Social Care is looking for passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in New South Wales. The Registered Nurse role supports the medical management and healthcare of inmates, including patient assessments and the management of health plans. You will work within Australias largest correctional site, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Personal safety is always prioritised with full support.?

About Our Client

Our client manages a large maximum-security prison in the region, housing male inmates with varying security classifications. The facility is recognized for its modern infrastructure and focus on rehabilitative programs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates
• Implement and manage patient care plans
• Ensuring the safety and security of inmates and the community
• Provide a comprehensive and accurate health assessment for patients

What You Will Need

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum of 2 + years full-time post-graduate experience (or part-time equivalent)
• Experience in primary health, rural health, or emergency nursing (desirable)
• ALS Certification (12-month validity)
• National Criminal History Check (issued within last 3 months)
• 2 X COVID vaccination
• Own vehicle required.
