WorkPac are currently seeking 2x Rental Operation Assistants in Port Hedland. This role is a Monday to Friday role, $70k - $90k per year.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day branch operations through general admin, rental paperwork and customer enquiries
• Coordinating bookings, processing rental agreements and ensuring accurate invoicing
• Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone while helping keep the branch organised
• Working closely with the team to manage fleet utilisation, prepare vehicles and maintain smooth rental workflows

What You Will Need

• Experience in customer service; transport or rental industry experience highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Drivers Licence
• Willingness to learn commercial vehicle configurations and carrying capacities
• Ability to think creatively and improve processes for customers and internal teams
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude
