What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will primarily focus on vehicle detailing, cleaning, and presentation, ensuring all assets are maintained to a high standard and prepared for hire in a timely manner.
In addition, the role will support branch operations to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience, strong customer retention, and adherence to operational best practice. A key focus will be maintaining high standards of risk awareness, safety compliance, and asset optimisation.
Responsibilities will include ensuring vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and ready for hire, as well as assisting with vehicle movements including collections and deliveries. The role will also contribute to maintaining overall yard presentation and supporting smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Regular reporting to the Branch Manager will be required regarding asset availability, cleanliness, and any maintenance requirements. The role will also support business growth and retention initiatives while upholding company values, behaviours, and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
What You Will Need
- Forklift ticket or willingness to obtain
- Minimum MR driver licence or willingness to obtain
- Ideally have knowledge of commercial vehicle configurations, including applicable state based roadworthy requirements
- Customer Service experience, with transport and or rental activities (preferred)
- Ability to Multi-Task.
