About Our Client
Our client is a well-established provider of fleet and mobility solutions, supporting businesses with reliable vehicle rental and management services. They focus on operational efficiency, safety, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
What you will be doing
- Working within a busy rental branch, youll support day-to-day operations to ensure vehicles and customers are managed efficiently.
- Prepare vehicles for hire, including cleaning, safety checks (oil, water, tyres, lights), and basic non-mechanical repairs
- Coordinate vehicle movements, including pick-up and delivery, yard presentation, and monitoring fleet availability
- Support branch performance by assisting with reporting, maintenance tracking, and meeting utilisation and compliance targets
- Assist with general administration and contribute to customer service, retention, and business growth initiatives
What You Will Need
- Medium Rigid Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle issues or servicing needs
- Basic computer skills and confidence completing reports/admin tasks
- Physically capable of manual handling (e.g. trailer gates)
- Customer service skills and ability to build relationships
