Casual Position North Western Suburbs
About Our Client
Our client is a high-profile organisation operating within the defence industry, delivering complex infrastructure and engineering projects. With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and precision, they provide excellent working conditions and long-term opportunities for skilled scaffolders.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures
- Ensuring scaffolding is installed in accordance with safety standards and site requirements
- Working collaboratively with site teams to support project delivery
- Conducting inspections and maintaining scaffold integrity
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
- Contributing to a safe and productive team environment
What You Will Need:
- Valid scaffolding tickets (minimum Intermediate level)
- Proven experience working as a scaffolder
- Current Construction Industry White Card (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- Australian Citizenship (essential)
- Ability to pass a security clearance and pre-employment medical
- Willingness to work shift work (highly regarded)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
