About the Company:
Our client is the largest vertically-integrated construction materials company in Australia. Their network includes prized quarry and cement infrastructure, bitumen, construction materials recycling, asphalt and concrete batching operations.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Loader Operator join their team with the opportunity to work in a great team. They are looking to take on a motivated individual that is looking for a temp to perm role.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Safe operation of front-end loader and other quarry mobile plant as required.
- Safe operation of the crushing plant.
- Basic maintenance and plant housekeeping.
- Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting.
Skills and knowledge required
- Demonstrated Industry experience
- Ability to resolve conflicts with desirable outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Quarry experience highly regarded, but not essential
What You Will Need:
- HR truck licence is advantageous but not essential
- Willing to obtain PEM & D&A
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
- Drivers licence and reliable car
