Industrial Painter/Blaster

• Monday to Friday role
• $52.65 - $62.01 per hour
• Rotating fortnightly roster, mornings and afternoons

What You Will Be Doing:

• Prepare components and equipment for coating by carrying out surface preparation activities, including blasting, cleaning, and masking, while assisting with a range of general trade support duties as required.
• Apply industrial coatings and protective paint systems in accordance with project specifications, safely operating and maintaining blasting and spray-painting equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality standards by conducting quality inspections, ensuring finished coatings met required specifications, and contributing to a safe and efficient workshop environment.

What You Will Need:

• Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Spray Painter / Blaster
• MSM30216 Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application preferred
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Forklift Licence good to have but not essential
