About the role
WorkPac is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms. With a focus on technical proficiency and client satisfaction, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base and cutting-edge technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including monitored alarms, access control, CCTV, and intercoms.
- Service and troubleshoot security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver high-quality solutions for a diverse client base.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technologies and systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Security Technician.
- Expertise in security systems such as Integriti, Geutebruck, Gallagher, Cell Guard, and various CCTV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Valid drivers license.
