Rio Tinto Operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.
About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Senior Change Advisor to join our esteemed client's team, based in Perth. This position is based on Monday to Friday with ad hoc site travel, for a 12-month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver change management activities, including scoping, planning, and execution.
- Partner with project teams to guide them through the change management process.
- Collaborate with functions and delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify stakeholders, develop, and execute engagement plans.
- Monitor stakeholder concerns and take actions to address them.
- Champion change capability development and awareness within impacted teams.
- Assess and address organisational capability gaps to build change readiness.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience or qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, or HR.
- At least 5 years experience in large-scale change management within the mining or resources industry.
- Strong knowledge and application of organisational change management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all business levels.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders effectively.
