About the Client
Our Client is a well-established provider of electrical services, supporting large-scale retail and commercial environments across Brisbane. They are known for delivering reliable maintenance solutions, maintaining high safety standards, and providing consistent support to long-term clients. This role suits electricians who enjoy autonomy, structured maintenance work, and professional client interaction.
This role will be working across the Brisbane region, Ute, Tools & Fuel card provided
What you will be doing
As a Service Electrician, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance across retail and commercial sites
- Inspecting, testing, and fault-finding electrical systems, switchboards, wiring, and control systems
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in a timely and safe manner
- Completing inspection, testing, and verification works to AS/NZS standards
- Performing compliance checks and ensuring all work meets safety requirements
- Communicating clearly with site contacts and retail clients
- Completing digital service reports and documenting works accurately
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Construction Induction White Card
- CPR/LVR certification
- Valid Australian drivers licence
- Strong electrical maintenance knowledge and fault-finding ability
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- EWP and Working at Heights tickets (desirable)
