What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Lubrication Technician to join the team for a 3 month period. The role is a great opportunity for a change and to be part of the Asset Health Team responsive for the execution of lubrication practices across Dampier Port Operations.
Completing scheduled lubrication tasks; grease lubrication of pulleys and electric motors, oil change outs on reduction gear boxes and hydraulic systems, replacement of single point lubricators and oil sampling for elemental analysis
Reporting on problems with plant, equipment, practices and procedures
Conducting lubrication improvement works as specified by Asset Health Supervisor
Maintenance of lube service truck and lube sheds
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive reliability best practice
What You Will Need
Manual C Class Drivers Licence (MR/HR Preferred)
Lubrication training/experience on either fixed or mobile plant mining equipment
Good knowledge of both EII and Parker Points plants (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude
SAP/Paperless maintainer working knowledge
Current MSIC
Strong safety culture and zero harm approach
Personal Isolation Officer Qualification (preferred)
Relevant Trade/Engineering certification
