What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Lubrication Technician to join the team for a 3 month period. The role is a great opportunity for a change and to be part of the Asset Health Team responsive for the execution of lubrication practices across Dampier Port Operations.

• Completing scheduled lubrication tasks; grease lubrication of pulleys and electric motors, oil change outs on reduction gear boxes and hydraulic systems, replacement of single point lubricators and oil sampling for elemental analysis

• Reporting on problems with plant, equipment, practices and procedures

• Conducting lubrication improvement works as specified by Asset Health Supervisor

• Maintenance of lube service truck and lube sheds

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive reliability best practice

What You Will Need

• Manual C Class Drivers Licence (MR/HR Preferred)

• Lubrication training/experience on either fixed or mobile plant mining equipment

• Good knowledge of both EII and Parker Points plants (preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude

• SAP/Paperless maintainer working knowledge

• Current MSIC

• Strong safety culture and zero harm approach

• Personal Isolation Officer Qualification (preferred)

• Relevant Trade/Engineering certification
