About the client:
Our client is a well-established national construction and insurance repair specialist with over two decades of experience delivering high-quality restoration and reinstatement services across both residential and commercial sectors. They provide end-to-end solutions for damage caused by insured events, including emergency make-safe work and large-scale catastrophe response.
What you will be doing:
Working as a Site-Based Contracts Administrator on a $3M insurance repair project based in Keperra, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the site. You will be responsible for reviewing and signing off subcontractor scopes of work and costs, approving day works and maintaining site registers. You will work closely with the Project Manager to prepare progress claims, including collecting, checking and collating subcontractor invoices and associated costs to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
What you will need:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Proven experience reviewing and managing subcontractor scopes, variations and costs
- Strong understanding of progress claims, cost control and invoice reconciliation
- Ability to sign off day works and maintain accurate site records and registers
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and site teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working on insurance repair or construction projects (highly regarded)
