Multi Systems Operator

• $48.85 per hour
• Monday - Saturday role
• 6am to 2pm + Overtime as required

About the Client:

Our client is Australia's leading provider of waste management, recycling and resource recovery services, delivering comprehensive waste solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers nationwide. Its operations encompass the collection, transportation, processing and responsible disposal of a broad range of waste streams through an extensive network of collection vehicles, recycling facilities, transfer stations and licensed disposal sites. In addition to managing general waste, the company is committed to maximising resource recovery and promoting sustainable waste management practices by diverting recyclable materials from landfill wherever possible and supporting environmental stewardship across its operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• The role is responsible for operating company collection vehicles throughout the Geraldton region to safely collect and transport waste and recyclable materials in accordance with scheduled routes and operational requirements.

• Key duties include operating side-arm lift collection equipment, conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks, and ensuring vehicles and associated equipment are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition. The role also involves transporting collected loads to designated recycling and waste disposal facilities in compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation.

• The position requires regular interaction with clients while performing collection services, ensuring waste is loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of customer service while adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements.

What You Will Need:

• Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence as a minimum
• Must be able to pass a Commercial Driver Medical
• Some weekend work will be required
