About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Specialist Survey Delivery Planner to join Rio Tintoâs State Agreements and Approvals department. This role is based in Perth on a Monday to Friday roster, with ad hoc travel to the Pilbara when required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Create, maintain and report on the 90-day plan and long-term survey delivery plan through Microsoft Office tools
Provide updates of the survey delivery plan, including insightful analysis, risk identification, mitigation measures and opportunities
Implement and manage the planning and scheduling governance process for all survey work utilising external consultants
Provide a central point of contact for training in using the Approvals Integrated Schedule
Collaborate with key stakeholders, providing advice regarding changes to the survey delivery plan
Implement reporting tools, metrics and templates to support survey delivery and engagement deliverables
Maintain the Accommodation Forecasting
Implement centralised process of notification for incoming survey work to the team
Drive the implementation of short and long-term improvements across processes, systems and survey delivery
Skills & Experience Required:
Demonstrated experience across project management, planning, and scheduling positions.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with data analysis skills and experience using Power BI
Ability to lead process improvements across systems and project delivery
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience in procurement processes and vendor management
Valid C Class Driverâs License
