About the Client
Our client provides end-to-end fire protection solutions, including system design, installation, maintenance, and emergency response training. They support organisations across commercial, industrial, and high-risk environments to protect people, property, and critical assets.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Fitter Tester to join a well-established fire protection team. This role involves inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in accordance with Australian Standards across a major contracted site and supporting additional service work across the Sydney region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled testing of fire protection systems including sprinklers, valves, and pump systems
- Inspect, test, and perform minor repairs on fire systems
- Identify and report faults and equipment issues
- Complete service documentation and technical reports using smart device technology
- Liaise with customers and maintain a professional service presence onsite
- Ensure all work complies with Environmental Health & Safety requirements
- Maintain accurate service records in line with Australian Standards
About You
- Relevant Sprinkler Fitting trade qualification or licence
- Experience working within the fire protection industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards for fire systems
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
