About the Client
Our client is an Australian Refrigeration & HVAC Industry Specialist and they are committed to fulfilling your equipment and parts needs with world-leading brands. Their team includes product and engineering experts with practical, hands-on air conditioning, commercial refrigeration and industrial refrigeration knowledge to guide your selections and project needs.
What You Will Be Doing
They are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer/Warehouse Storeperson based out of their Bowen Hills warehouse. This is a long-term position with an ASAP start, working from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Your duties will include;
- Accurately quote and process sales orders in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders align with customer requirements, inventory availability, and pricing guidelines
- Liaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Contribute to the achievement of budgeted revenue and margin targets by proactively promoting products and identifying upsell opportunities
- Perform operational and warehousing tasks; including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise displays
- Operate the forklift when required
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Forklift licence and experience (desirable not essential)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience using computer systems
- Physically fit
- Ability to pass a D&A screening
