- $35/hr base rate with steady weekday hours
- Monday to Friday | 7:30am 2:00pm (6 hours per day)
- 12-week assignment based in Portsmith, Cairns
About Our Client
Our client operates a busy warehouse and distribution facility, supporting both local and national customers. They are known for their organised warehouse operations, strong safety standards, and supportive team environment.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be working as a Storeperson, completing a variety of warehouse and logistics duties. This includes forklift operations, loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles, order picking and packing, organising local couriers and national freight through OneFlo, receipting and putting away stock, maintaining warehouse housekeeping, and completing local deliveries using a company ute.
What You Will Need
- Current forklift licence
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles
- Ability to pick and pack orders accurately
- Experience booking freight and organising courier collections
- Ability to receipt, check, and put away stock (warehouse and showroom)
- Confidence completing deliveries using a company vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
