About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking experienced and self-motivated Site Supervisors. A background within the above industries is highly desirable. We are looking for candidates that have proven experience in leadership, health & safety, whilst driving culture and performance at an optimum level.
As a Site Supervisor you will be accountable for: -
- Day to day supervision and leadership of all site personnel
- Managing and monitoring the scope of works as per contractual obligations Coordinating general movements of plant and equipment
- Completing relevant paperwork both manually and electronically
Key Requirements:
- Commercial acumen with proven experience in a Site Supervisors role or similar
- The ability to promote Ausdecoms values, behaviours, and mission in line with our business objectives Demonstrated ability to problem solve and trouble shoot, whilst making clear and concise decisions Strong computer skills
- You will be a person that has a great energy to start the day with drive and ambition; a hands-on leader who is willing to coach and mentor by example. A good lateral thinker and communicator that enjoys working to targets and achieving set goals. Your relationship management skills will be impeccable; you will have a dynamic character with the ability to self- motivate and self-mange whilst having a professional persona.
