About our client:

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.
About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Survey Delivery Advisor to join Rio Tinto's State Agreements and Approvals department. This role is based in Perth on a Monday to Friday roster, with ad hoc travel to the Pilbara when required to onboard consultants.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Undertake effective survey planning including health and safety, scheduling, site mobilisation and logistics for environmental consultants
- Effectively apply the steps of Rio Tinto contractor management
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external technical specialists
- Provide procurement support through the vendor identification, selection and procurement processes, performance management process
- Contribute toward an inclusive culture through collaboration with peers across the broader Environmental Approvals team
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role - remote work experience advantageous.
- Health and safety planning.
- Project management, planning, and scheduling experience.
- Experience using technical software (e.g., GIS/ArcGIS).
- Demonstrated experience in logistics and contractor management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communicator capable of quickly developing positive and robust relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make quick, rational decisions.
- C Class Drivers Licence
