About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our esteemed client's team based in Hedland. This position is Monday to Friday, for a 12 month duration, full time hours.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support and guidance to managers and senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
  • Manage the day-to-day recruitment processes, ensuring data integrity and pre-employment document collection.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to attracting and retaining the best talent to support organizational growth.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring the right people are hired at the right time.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Current 'C' class driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
