About the Client:
Our client is a well-established commercial tiling contractor delivering high-quality wall and floor tiling solutions across a range of construction projects. They work closely with builders, developers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. With a strong focus on workmanship, efficiency and team culture, they pride themselves on maintaining professional standards across all sites. What You Will Be Doing:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Tiling Supervisor for a full-time position based in Belmont. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee up to 15 tilers across 24 active projects at any given time. This role is Monday to Friday with early starts, managing both site operations and team performance.
You will lead and coordinate a team of tilers to ensure projects are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and program timelines. The role involves planning project execution, allocating resources effectively, organising site deliveries, monitoring productivity and reporting project status to the Project Manager. You will maintain quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with HSE policies, proactively identify and resolve site issues, and foster a positive and professional work culture across all projects.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 10 years experience in wall and floor tiling
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role
- Construction White Card
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
- Ability to read and interpret shop and architectural drawings
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach
