What you will be doing

Our client is looking for an experienced Trade Assistant for our client in Bassendean. Positions are available for both afternoon and morning shifts, offering 40 hours a week with potential overtime.  Duties include:

• Operate power tools including grinders, saws, drills, presses, use of cranes, etc.
• Identify routine problems/faults in machine/process/equipment operations and act/report as required.
• Perform manual handling tasks.
• Preparing Bradken product samples as required.
• Inspect and quality check Bradken products as required.
• Load and unload production using forklift
• Movement of products or equipment by hand or by mechanical means.
• sand blasting products

What You Will Need

• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening (DAS)
• Experience with one or more of the specified machinery
• High Risk Forklift License (mandatory)
• Australian C Class Drivers License or higher (mandatory)
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (mandatory)
