Crew Trainer

• $85.05 - $97.76p/h casual + $100 trainer allowance & $288 attendance bonus
• 7:7 Roster, Day/Night shift, Thurs-Wed
• BIBO Mackay & Rockhampton, residential Dysart & Moranbah or DIDO

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with local, DIDO and BIBO opportunities available.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be working as a Trainer Accessor / Multi-Skilled Operator within the Pre-Strip or Coal Mining Department on a Coal Mine in the Moranbah region. You will be working a 7:7 Day/Night shift roster, 12.75hr shifts running Thurs-Wed. These roles are available to DIDO or residential candidates BIBO services from Mackay or Rockhampton. 

Pre-Strip Ancillary Trainer -

• Operate, train and assess operators on CAT 793 Dump Trucks, CAT 16 & 24 Graders and CAT 777 Watercarts to support production activities.
• Coach operators in efficient loading practices, including single-side, double-side and self-spotting techniques.

Coal Mining Ancillary Trainer -

• Operate, train and assess operators on CAT 793 Dump Trucks, CAT 16 & 24 Graders and CAT 777 Watercarts to support production activities.
• Coach operators to efficiently tip onto stockpile and into the ROM.

Coal Mining Critical Trainer -

• Operate, train and assess operators on WA 1200 Loaders, 854K Wheel Dozer and CAT 793 Dump Trucks to support production activities.
• Coach operators to efficiently tip onto stockpile and into the ROM.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum 3yrs experience in a similar role to positions listed above on a Coal Mine.
• Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 5 years or be willing to attain this.
• SSE Signed skills list within 5yrs.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia.
