About Our Client:

About the Role
WorkPac is seeking experienced Trainer Assessors to deliver HME training in a mining environment. This role operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster to Hope Downs, focusing on training and assessing mining operators across various machinery in both classroom and field settings.
Key Responsibilities Include
Deliver HME training on Excavators (3600/5600), Dozers (D10/D11), Graders (16M/24M), and Loaders
Provide one-on-one, infield, classroom, and group training sessions
Track and report training progress to the Capability Development Supervisor
Participate in team pre-start meetings
Ensure training aligns with Rio Tinto guidelines
Maintain a safe training environment at all times
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in an autonomous mining environment with Komatsu equipment
Ability to train both new and experienced mining operators
Strong operational background with various HME assets
Proven ability to coach and upskill operators
Completed TAE units of competency
Proficiency with technology for training delivery
Valid C-Class Drivers License
