About the Client
Our Client is a reputable civil construction and quarrying business delivering projects across South East Queensland. They are committed to maintaining safe work practices, quality service delivery, and providing a supportive team environment for their workforce.
What you will be doing
As a HC Truck Driver you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Operating HC truck and trailer combinations across civil construction and quarry sites
- Transporting soil, rock, quarry products, spoil and construction materials between project locations
- Completing daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Loading, securing and unloading materials in line with site and transport requirements
- Working safely within live construction environments and following traffic management plans
- Maintaining delivery dockets, load records and transport documentation
- Liaising with dispatch, supervisors and site personnel to coordinate deliveries
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Previous experience operating HC truck and trailer combinations
- HC Drivers Licence (or higher)
- Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work 8-10 hour days as required
