Vehicle Dispatch / Allocator Officer

• Monday to Friday, early morning hours 03:0011:00 with OT as required
• Nudgee/Banyo location
• Work with a fleet of 28 vehicles and play a key role in safe and efficient operations

About the role

WorkPac are seeking a Vehicle Dispatch/ Allocator Officer to join their team. This role will focus on ensuring the safe and efficient allocation of resources across a fleet of 28 vehicles, assisting with scheduling, routing, and driver support while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor drivers progress and ensure runs are on schedule
• Check off drivers run sheets and complete daily reports
• Report and investigate missed services using system-based tools
• Complete fatigue compliance checks and audits
• Provide feedback to drivers and supervisors to improve safety
• Maintain vehicle standards through regular interior and exterior inspections
• Ensure operators comply with uniform and PPE requirements
• Liaise with customers and drivers to provide support where needed

Skills and Experience required

• Previous experience in vehicle/fleet dispatch or scheduling
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively
• High attention to detail and problem-solving focus
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Drivers licence and access to a vehicle (HR licence preferred but not mandatory)
• Must be able to pass Police check and Drug and Alcohol screen
